Phones Review explains that nearly half of the advertised storage has been used to house the standard features of the Galaxy S4, which cannot be uninstalled. Although it still leaves a considerable amount of storage for the user’s own files, it is far from being advertised level. This means that many will have to separately purchase a microSD slot to increase the phone’s capacity.
Obviously, many customers will be frustrated with this news, the disappointed that Samsung has been misleading in its advertising. However it seems unlikely that sales of the device will be severely affected by this news and most people will see it as a small price to pay given the phone’s impressive specifications.
